2)Muhumuza Fulgence,a candidate for the Kinkiizi west Parliamentary seat being arrested by Baryomunsi's soldiers, in the photo.
3)Baryomunsi used fake tally sheets that were used in the kinkiizi west election.
4) Candidates,and their agents plus ,district councillors waited in the district council hall for the the NRM registrar to announce the results.he never did instead,on the orders of Baryomunsi whose soldiers shot live ammunition and beat up the people in the hall,he commandeered the election materials onto a kampala bound bus in order to rig and announce his version of results this morning.
